Privacy Policy & refund information
This page applies to visitors and customers of IPTV Fast (iptvfast.net) in the United Kingdom. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service. The refund rules are also published on a standalone Refund policy page (same content as below).
Introduction
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we may collect when you browse our website, use our contact form, place an order request, or communicate with us by email, WhatsApp, or other channels we publish.
For the purpose of UK data protection law, the data controller is IPTV Fast, reachable at support@iptvfast.net.

- Identity & contact: name, email address, WhatsApp number (international format), and any notes you add to forms.
- Order & enquiry details: plan choice, optional add-ons (such as paid media player), messages you send us, and references that help us support you.
- Technical & usage: IP address, browser type, and device signals sent automatically when you load pages or submit forms (used for security and troubleshooting).
- Communications: content of emails or chats when you contact support.
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website; payment is arranged as described in your welcome or follow-up messages.

- Process order requests, send confirmations, and supply subscription and payment instructions.

Refund policy
The following rules apply to payments for IPTV Fast subscriptions and related services. They are part of how we stay fair to customers and sustainable as a service.
Eligibility for a refund
We are happy to offer a full refund if you have paid for your subscription and one of the following conditions is met:
- No support response: You have a technical issue and our support team (via email or WhatsApp) fails to respond to your request for help within 72 hours.
- Problem not solved: You have a major technical problem with our service (not caused by your internet or device) and our team is unable to find a solution for you within 7 days of your initial report.
No refund will be accepted
We cannot offer refunds if your issue is not related to the stability of our service. Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind: You simply decide you no longer want the subscription after payment.
- Client-side issues: Your device is too old, your TV is not compatible, or your internet connection is not fast or stable enough. We require a minimum of 20 Mbps stable internet for smooth streaming.
- Provider issues: A specific channel or VOD item is temporarily blocked or removed by the upstream provider. We do not control the content and cannot guarantee 100% channel availability.
- Problem solved: The issue is on your (the client’s) side, and our team has provided proof (such as a video) showing that the service is working correctly on our end.
A note on app activation fees
The optional £10 activation fee for paid media players (such as IBO Player) on 3-month and 6-month plans is strictly non-refundable. This fee is paid to support app developer access for the chosen period and is separate from your main subscription refund rules above.
